This screenshot is of my Google Classroom that I use with my 2nd graders. I absolutely love using this with my students and I've enjoyed teaching other teachers how to use it. Since typing is becoming such a necessary skill for our standardized tests I encourage my students to practice. I make it a goal to incorporate an assignment that requires my students to type at least once a week. It's amazing to see the change and improvement. Google Classroom allows me to ask my students questions that require them to respond and convey their understanding via typing on the computer. Through this practice, students are able to develop the necessary skills that are becoming required within our testing.

This slideshow is a presentation I presented to my staff alongside a colleague of mine. My colleague and I attended a PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions Supports) conference where we gathered ideas to take back to our school. I created this slideshow to summarize our hopes for the following school year. We presented it in a way to get the rest of our school's staff opinion on the ideas we gathered. Overall, it went over very well and as a staff we decided to adopt all of the new behavior systems presented in our slideshow.

Team Math Website
I am really proud of this website I made for my one of my classes. It ended up becoming a website I really could use with my team members. This website focuses on working as a team to create math units based off of the Common Core State Standards. The website is split into ideas, examples of units, and resources for math stations. There is also a page that the team can collaborate on. This is an ideal form of technology for a team who wants to keep their units together and collaborate continually.
